Job Description
The Hope Through Housing Foundation (Hope) is committed to breaking the cycle of generational poverty by implementing high-quality social services for low-income families and seniors. The Youth Program Manager will play an integral role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of youth programming, including after-school programs, teen clubs, and other specialized youth-development models.
Requirements
- Expertise in youth programming and program design, development, implementation, data collection, and compliance regulations
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with other HOPE staff, National CORE staff, public officials, private sector officials, parents, and community leaders
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate sensitivity to others
- Ability to write clear, grammatically correct administrative tasks
- Ability to use Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, and other basic computer software programs
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
