Job Description
The Community Services Provider is responsible for providing direct care through implementation of Habilitation Plans, and developing and planning of inclusive community activities.
Requirements
- High School Graduate/GED with some knowledge of or experience working with developmentally disabled preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier
