Job Description
The Day Services Provider is responsible for providing direct care through the implementation of Habilitation Plans, including supervising and caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, transporting them to community outings, and developing and planning inclusive community activities.
Requirements
- High School Graduate with some knowledge of or experience working with developmentally disabled preferred
- A combination of education and experience that in the opinion of the reviewing agency, exceeds the above standards of the program
- Good interpersonal, written, oral, and communication abilities
- Effective time management/organizational skills
- Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays
- Computer literacy and knowledge of agency operating systems and software
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
