Job Description
The Residence Manager is responsible for the overall functioning and oversight of assigned Residence(s) and Core Room(s). This includes programming, supervision of employees, general program oversight, documentation, and record keeping. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service area plus 3 years of experience, or a combination of education and experience that exceeds the above standards. The Residence Manager must possess good analytical, interpersonal, written, oral and communication abilities, and effective time management/organizational skills.
Requirements

- 3 years of experience
- Good analytical, interpersonal, written, oral and communication abilities
- Effective time management/organizational skills
- Ability to work scheduled hours that may include overtime, weekend and/or holiday timeframes
- Valid driver's license
