Job Description
The Residence Manager is responsible for the overall operation, supervision, and success of assigned residential programs, providing leadership to staff and ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality services for residents.
Requirements
- Associate degree with 3 years’ experience working in an OPWDD or similar Human Services settings
- Valid NY State driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier
- Ability to lift and assist with up to 50 pounds (including transfers and physical support)
