Job Description
The Information Technology (IT) Intern is a key member of Achievement First’s IT Team and will help projects around the network infrastructure for all our charter schools. The Intern will work closely with the other members of Team IT but will report directly to the designated Intern Manager for the Network Infrastructure team.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and wireless network issues (LAN, WAN, etc.)
- Organize and inventory technology equipment while maintaining digital documentation via Google Docs and Sheets
- Provide troubleshooting and training for a growing network of 500+ staff members
- Travel to multiple school sites across Brooklyn and Queens
