Achievement First is seeking a passionate and dedicated Paraprofessional to join their team in 2025-26. This full-time position involves creating and maintaining student behavior systems, providing crucial support to teachers and administrators, and contributing to the team's overarching mission of academic success and character development. The role emphasizes a strong relationship with students and a commitment to the achievement of the school's REACH Values.

Requirements

• Implement teacher plans and support individual/group instruction.
• Support with IEP accommodations and documentation.
• Collaborate with special education/general education and service providers.
• Maintain student service records and progress.
• Document para support through Medicaid and Time Study Process.
