Achievers Early College Prep is seeking a highly qualified High School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction that prepares students for college-level reading, writing, and critical thinking.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in English, Education, or a related field (required)
• Valid New Jersey Teaching Certification in English Language Arts (required)
• Experience teaching ELA at the high school level
• Strong knowledge of literacy instruction, curriculum development, and assessment practices
• Ability to use data to drive instructional decisions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to educational equity and culturally responsive teaching
