Achievers is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team. As a French or German speaking Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with HR leaders in large enterprise companies to initiate a conversation and qualify a meeting for your Account Executive. You'll have full autonomy to control your sales strategy and will be responsible for prospecting, skill development, team collaboration, and recognition.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar
- Must be Proficient in speaking French or German
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- A ‘never stop learning attitude’
- Experience in creative email writing for outbound prospecting
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Preferable experience using Salesforce and other prospecting tools such as Outreach or Salesloft
- A key interest in having a successful career in sales with a goal of becoming a closing Sales Rep in the next 24-36 months
