Job Description
Achieving True Self is looking for Employment Specialists to join their team. The job involves providing job-readiness and vocational coaching services to adults and transition age students with Autism/neurodivergent needs and other various disabilities. The role includes identifying individual abilities & interests, coaching on critical workplace skills, and preparing clients for employment opportunities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with proof of car insurance
- ACRE certification within 6 months
- FBI Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, and PA Criminal History clearances
