Requirements

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals.

• Work closely with agile teams to plan, refine, and deliver work within sprint timelines.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide clarity and direction.
• Balance feature delivery with quality, performance, and technical improvements.
• Support governance activities related to card network mandates (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
• Ensure high-quality delivery and continuous value realization.
