Job Description
As a Strategic Solution Consulting Director, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem! You will lead transformation from product-centric to solution-centric organization, provide strategic support to solution consulting team, and drive understanding and adoption/activation of ACI’s solution set.
Requirements
- Master’s degree, preferably MBA, or equivalent.
- Fifteen years of relevant business experience or equivalent.
- Strong strategic thinker with demonstrated business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to hire and lead high performance teams.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Proven success in defining payments solutions for market opportunities.
- Strong execution and project management skills.
- Strong technical skills and experience.
- Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across an organization and across multiple offices.
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts and solve complex problems.
