Consulting - Strategy Consulting Manager

As a Strategy Consulting Manager, you'll lead client engagements for airlines, airports, and other global industry players, solving their most pressing strategic and commercial questions. You'll manage project teams, mentor junior consultants, and work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, with at least 1-2 years as a manager
• A track record of solving complex problems using analytics and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Experience mentoring and training junior analysts and consultants
• Affinity for aviation, air cargo, transportation, logistics, or a related industry
• Comfortable working in cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams with people at all levels
• Willing to travel internationally for client projects
• An undergraduate or master's degree, preferably in a quantitative field
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
