Job Description
The Fabrication Technician / Driver is responsible for converting sales orders to products by using various machines to cut and assemble parts, adhering to production schedules, ensuring safety standards, and acting as a Delivery Driver when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one-year experience in a similar position
- Experience and/or previous training in operating a band saw
- Proficiency in utilizing fabrication equipment
- Experienced in safely operating a forklift
- Good personal communication skills
- Understanding of safe warehouse practices
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Clean driving record and the ability to drive a range of vehicles
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Good dexterity and physical stamina
