Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Accounting with strong leadership and supervisory skills, as well as a great communicator and problem solver. The position will be responsible for the oversight of the Accounting Department, including the corporate accounting team and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or CMA certification (or candidacy) preferred
- 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems
