As the Assistant Loan Services Manager, you will lead a specialized team responsible for commercial and consumer loan support, ensuring our servicing operations remain accurate, compliant, and customer-focused. Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in loan operations
• 2+ years of direct supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
• Strong foundation in loan operations, with working knowledge of systems like DNA strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and reporting standards
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
