Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
- Licensed in Pennsylvania, OR licensed in Maryland with eligibility for PA reciprocity
- 3+ years of legal experience
- Banking, financial services, or commercial transactions experience
- Secured lending, vendor contracting, deposit operations, or consumer compliance experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Business-savvy judgment, high integrity, and meticulous attention to detail
