Acorn Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Program Supervisor in the Cadillac, Michigan area. The BCBA will oversee client treatment, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide supervision to Behavior Technicians.
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Knowledge of best practices in the treatment of autism
- Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families
- Effective communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
