Requirements
- Conduct daily store visits and act as the main point of contact
- Build a relationship with retail sales partners
- Provide product knowledge and sales training to strengthen sales performance
- Lead regional marketing events
- Gather market intel and report on market trends to stay ahead of the curve
- Help manage inventory
- Resolve any issues that could affect brand integrity and presence in the market
- Support planning and promotional activities in the field
- Merchandising support
- Training and booth support trade show events
- Interact daily with consumers, dealers, trade and members of the design committee in person and over the phone/email and live chat
- Provide white glove service by recommending tailored solutions to the customer to drive brand loyalty and ensure superior after sale service and support
- The candidate will be a subject matter expert on the premium products and able to address installations inquiries
