Project Manager - Client Onboarding

Role Overview

Manage client onboarding lifecycle, establish strong relationships, and set clients up for long-term success. Lead cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.

What You Will Do

Lead client onboarding projects, develop onboarding plans, coordinate with internal teams, provide updates to clients and stakeholders, and facilitate client training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• PMP or CSM certification
• 3+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, implementation, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience with CRM and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Jira)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
