Manage client onboarding lifecycle, establish strong relationships, and set clients up for long-term success. Lead cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.
Lead client onboarding projects, develop onboarding plans, coordinate with internal teams, provide updates to clients and stakeholders, and facilitate client training sessions.
3+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or a similar client-facing role. Proven ability to manage complex projects, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for client success.
