
Job description
The Project Client Solutions Manager is a client-facing role responsible for managing multiple projects related to employer-sponsored retirement plans of moderate complexity. This role coordinates project teams, defines scope and objectives, allocates resources, develops schedules, and maintains documentation to ensure timely delivery while maintaining business value.
Manage multiple projects, including defining and controlling project scope, assembling project teams, and negotiating with users, staff, and management to define project objectives, priorities, and sequencing of work.
This role requires excellent organizational, multitasking, project planning, timeline management, leadership, judgment, and negotiation skills. Experience working in a financial services environment is preferred, and PMP certification is also preferred.
