Acre Security is seeking a Senior Manufacture Electronic Engineer to join their R&D team. The role will involve supporting the introduction of new products into manufacturing, resolving manufacturing issues, and ensuring smooth production ramp-ups and ongoing supply continuity. The successful candidate will have a degree in Electronic Engineering, minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience, and proven experience releasing products to manufacturing and supporting production ramp-ups.
Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Electronic Engineering
- Senior Electronic Engineer with minimum 5 yearsâ postâgraduate experience
- Proven experience releasing products to manufacturing and supporting production rampâups
- Experience conducting First Article Inspections on new manufacturing lines
- Strong ability to troubleshoot manufacturing build issues, including test fixtures and production lines
- Experience supporting and resolving customer product escalations alongside QA teams
- Strong analogue and digital faultâfinding skills
- BOM management experience, including identifying and managing alternate and secondâsource components
- Experience managing ECO releases
- Experience sourcing alternatives for obsolete electronic components
- Knowledge of environmental and regulatory requirements, including RoHS, REACH, CMRT, TSCA
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 (beneficial)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and timeâmanagement skills
