The Forward Deployed (Echo) role is responsible for ensuring the sustainability of solutions built by the Palantir Center of Excellence. The role takes ownership of solutions at productionalization and is responsible for preventing capability atrophy.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with Palantir Foundry operational tooling
• Experience with productization practices
• Ability to configure and interpret AIP Observability and Evals tooling
• Strong enablement and documentation skills
• Change management sensibility
• 2–10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform operations, or technical product management
