Insurance Claims Advocate

As an Insurance Claims Advocate, you will handle the claim process from beginning to end, working closely with clients, insurance carriers, and adjusters. Responsibilities include taking initial loss notice, communicating with insured, tracking claims payments, and resolving customer claim issues.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve a high-level product within requested time constraints
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
