Job Description
As a Payroll Territory Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing sales of Auris Payroll solutions with clients in the area. You will work closely with the Payroll Division Manager to set appointments and present solutions to clients. You will also train and coach Senior Product Advisors and maintain client records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Responsible for prospecting new clients into our Payroll/HCM services realm
- Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN
- Train and coach Senior Product Advisors
- Provide status updates to reporting PDM
