The role is accountable for overseeing service delivery, mentoring team members, managing sophisticated client needs, and partnering closely with Producers and Account Executives to drive retention, growth, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license for the state in which the agency operates
- Advanced knowledge of insurance products, carrier markets, and client service best practices
- Strong proficiency in electronic systems and agency management platforms; advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence others without direct authority
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Commitment to pursuing or maintaining professional insurance designations
