The Underwriting Support Specialist will respond to customer inquiries relating to Midwest's underwriting function while providing exceptional and timely customer service.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service handling inquiries with internal and external customers.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and maintain favorable relationships with all stakeholders.
- Strong aptitude for detail, with a sense of urgency relative to task completion and timeliness.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and imaging systems.
- Experience in insurance is preferred.
