Compliance Engineering Manager

The Compliance Engineering Manager will support a range of civil and environmental engineering projects and contribute to the continued growth of the regional office in the Asheville NC area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to engage with clients and business development staff to strengthen regional relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering with at least 4 years in a management role
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of North Carolina is required
• In depth knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental compliance regulations
• Ability to manage and proven experience with projects using hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software
