The Restoration Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the technical execution of ecological restoration projects from concept through completion. This role combines restoration expertise with strong project management skills to guide multidisciplinary teams, develop work plans and schedules, oversee restoration activities, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements.
Requirements
- Lead project teams in achieving defined project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain overall ownership and accountability for project outcomes, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through completion.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans and resources as needed to ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication and responsiveness.
- Create foundational design concepts to guide the multidisciplinary team to meet project objectives.
- Oversee the entire project workflow, from planning and scheduling through implementation, completion, and final delivery.
- Prepare and review Section 404 and Section 401 permit applications and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of all project deliverables.
- Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial performance and cost control.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for project proposals and active projects.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals, including scope, schedule, and budget components.
