AM29P4 Sr Grants Administrator

The Sr Grants Administrator of Undergraduate Scholarships in the ACS Student Experiences leads scholarship operations, including disbursements and communication with students and university administration. The position will be responsible for regular check-ins, performance reviews, and identifying professional development for staff.

Requirements

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Undergraduate Scholarship Portfolio.
• Tracks and monitors all financial awards and scholarship activities and reporting, including initiating new scholarships, grants, payments, project monitoring, and closeout.
• Manages application lifecycle processes, reviewer processes, and grants management, financial management, recordkeeping, operational systems, and compliance.
• Engages with institutional contacts, including university bursars, financial aid offices, scholarship coordinators, and academic advisors, to coordinate scholarship logistics and student support.
• Monitors the office budget; oversees contracts and invoice payments.
• Completes special projects as required.
