Job Description
Provide expert Windows Server administration and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of server hardware and operating system, and lead projects as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
- Expert Windows Server administration and maintenance
- Active Directory domain structure administration
- IIS web servers administration
- Microsoft Exchange Online administration
- Troubleshooting server errors and performing server patch maintenance
- Project planning and leadership
- Mentorship of staff members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Server troubleshooting and maintenance
- Utilization of resources for research and problem-solving
- Maintenance and repair of systems and equipment with outside vendors
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures and utilizes established support tools
- Current awareness of standard Washington operations systems and active research of new technology
- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud solutions
- On-call duties and extended work hours
