Job Description
ACT Fulfillment is seeking a motivated, self-starting professional to join their growing team as a Warehouse Supervisor.
Requirements
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse associates
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, timely, and free of damage
- Promote and enforce safe operating procedures
- Maintain working knowledge of all operating systems and warehouse technology
- Provide leadership that fosters a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce
- Monitor employee performance and administer corrective action
- Develop and manage employee work schedules and staffing plans
- Manage project scope by documenting and obtaining approval for operational changes
- Monitor quality standards to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Complete assigned responsibilities efficiently
- Manage timekeeping and attendance procedures for warehouse employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
