Job Description
We're seeking a motivated, self-starting professional to join our growing team as a Warehouse Supervisor. This role partners closely with Leadership and Operations to support safety initiatives and drive operational excellence within our ESOP company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Forklift certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Experience with Davinci preferred
