Job Description
Actemium Automation Peterborough is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex automation and control projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale automation and electrical engineering projects, ensuring successful project delivery and building strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing engineering, automation, or control systems projects
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities
- Proven track record of delivering projects to deadline, budget, and specification
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage contracts, procurement, and project finances
- Proficient in project management methodologies and use of project planning and reporting tools
- Relevant degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical or business field
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required
