The Site Manager/Site Supervisor will oversee the on-site delivery of turnkey EV charging infrastructure projects, including all associated electrical & control systems, and civil construction works. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in electrical infrastructure construction and thrives in a dynamic, rapidly growing sector.

Requirements

• Experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Foreman in electrical contracting, utilities, or HV/LV infrastructure
• Strong understanding of HV/LV networks, substations, and civil works
• Experience delivering EV charging, renewable energy, or grid-connected projects
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications
• Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination skills
• Excellent knowledge of CDM, site safety, and HV/LV procedures
• Confident with digital systems, IT tools, and site reporting platforms
• Full UK driving licence
• SSSTS
• ECS/CSCS card
