Job Description
Actian is seeking a Data Governance Consultant to guide organizations in the design and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and technology to ensure high-quality, compliant, and accessible data. The role requires in-depth expertise in data management and regulatory requirements, along with technical knowledge of data architecture and leading cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and roadmaps.
- Advise on data management capabilities – catalog, marketplace, lineage, metadata, quality, master data management, privacy & security, observability, integration, and regulatory compliance.
- Assess current data landscapes and identify gaps.
- Facilitate data stewardship, ownership, and classification.
