Job Description
Action Day Schools is seeking a Preschool Assistant Director to support daily operations, staff coaching, and family engagement in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strong leader who can drive enrollment, maintain accurate records, and deliver an exceptional experience for families.
Requirements
- 2 years of early childhood teaching experience
- 1 year of educational leadership experience
- Must take initiative and have a 'take charge' attitude
- Be able to multitask and communicate effectively with emotional intelligence
- B.A. or A.A, or equivalent experience, with at least 12 ECE Core Units required
- Administrator and Infant Toddler Development units highly preferred
