Job Description
Action Day Schools seeks a Preschool Assistant Director to drive daily operations and overall school success. This hands-on leadership role involves supporting core areas such as student enrollment, family engagement, staff coaching and development, and administrative oversight.
Requirements
- B.A. or A.A, or equivalent experience
- 12 ECE Core Units required
- Administrator and Infant Toddler Development units highly preferred
- 2 years of early childhood teaching experience
- 1 year of educational leadership experience
- Must take initiative and have a "take charge" attitude
- Be able to multitask
- Communicate effectively with emotional intelligence
- A love and passion for working with young children
- An eagerness to learn and grow!
