Day Porter- Wilshire House

Action Property Management seeks a full-time Porter to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the property's interior and exterior common areas, and provide support to the maintenance and engineering team.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in janitorial, porter, or maintenance
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, equipment, and safety protocols
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 65lbs, stand for prolonged periods of time, squat, bend and reach above your head
