ActioNet is seeking a Network Operations Engineer (Tier II) to join our team in multiple CONUS locations. The role requires up to 10% travel and is designated as a Mission Essential position. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and fixing wired, wireless, and mobile broadband solutions, and will be responsible for monitoring network assets, performing break/fix and maintenance activities, and troubleshooting escalated incidents.
Requirements
- Technical BA/BS degree
- 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree
- High School diploma or associate degree plus 7 years of experience in a Network Operations Center environment
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- DoD 8570 IAT II Baseline Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or CCNA-SEC)
- CCNA or equivalent
- Secret clearance
