Job Description
ActioNet is seeking a Senior Service Desk Technician to provide technical support to end-users, manage user accounts, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of service desk or IT support experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, IT, or a related field
- Technical expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Office 365
