Menswear Designer

We are looking for a talented and passionate menswear designer to join the Design Team at Navy & Green, a leading menswear company in Greece. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with the design team on the development of seasonal collections.

Requirements

• Design and develop menswear collections in line with the brand’s identity and seasonal direction
• Create technical drawings, patterns and detailed specifications for production
• Research trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes relevant to the brand positioning
• Work closely with product development and suppliers to ensure design quality and fit
• Participate in fittings and make necessary design adjustments
• Support the creative process from concept development to final product
