Senior Architect to join Architectural Design Office team, discussing client needs, developing detailed plans, and communicating with contractors.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture
- Master's Degree will be considered a plus
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Experience with NOK and Building Permit processes along with Greek Planning Regulations
- Knowledge of Detail Design & Construction Documentation
- Excellent use of REVIT and AUTOCAD
- Excellent use of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in English
- Project management experience, including directing internal team & communicating with external clients and consultants
- Experience in innovative hospitality and high end residential
