Job Description
The Senior Engineer is responsible for conceptualizing and designing products in accordance with company goals and objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Six plus years of experience in design or mechanical engineering
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing methods
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence people and teams to achieve successful results
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Creative thinker
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose operations problems/issues
- Proficiency with MS Office, ERP, SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD software
