Requirements

• Degree in a relevant IT field with 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing
• Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle (Agile preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage users at all levels and facilitate discussions
• Proactive, motivated, and inquisitive mindset
• Ability to code and iterate during planning sessions and conduct workshops
