The role involves project and product planning, product strategy and performance, problem prioritization, agile delivery, and technical analysis and risk management. The ideal candidate should have experience in product management, finance ERP platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Certification in Agile Scrum Master, Product Management or equivalent recognized project and/or product management
• Product management experience with Finance ERP platforms
• Minimum 1 cycle of Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall product implementation experience
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives, preferably in government or regulated environments
• High Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system functionality
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior and junior stakeholders
