Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is searching for a Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives focused on modernizing MOE's websites and CRM systems. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, establishing clear governance frameworks, and overseeing the development of internet-facing applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Proven experience managing CRM system implementations and migrations
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience with website development projects and internet-facing application delivery
• Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Understanding of AI implementation projects and proof-of-concept management
• Knowledge of government data governance, security protocols, and compliance requirements
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies for technology transformations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with focus on risk identification and mitigation
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred)
