Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or at minimum consumer product.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong design fundamental skills: typography, text treatments and layouts, structure.
• Strong photo retouching skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• A highly organized mindset with strong proactive communication and collaboration skills.
• A pulse on digital and social design trends, especially in the clean beauty and wellness space.
