Email Marketing Manager to grow Customer Lifetime Value by turning one-time buyers into loyal repeat customers, and subscribers into new customers. Responsibilities include owning and optimizing all email flows, partnering with Growth and Analytics teams, running A/B tests, driving incremental revenue through owned media, and managing creative execution.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience at a high-growth DTC or eCommerce brand
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and retention frameworks
- Proven track record of driving LTV, AOV, and repeat purchase rate through owned media
- Analytical and highly fluent in marketing metrics—comfortable making decisions using data
- Experience with ESPs like Klaviyo
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
