We are seeking a highly capable and independent Senior Accountant or Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take full ownership of deliverables from day one in a 100% remote role. The ideal candidate will have experience in a small accounting firm or boutique CPA practice, strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll support, and full-cycle accounting, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Pearl.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a small accounting firm or boutique CPA practice
• Previous Experience with ProSeries Tax Tool
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll support, and full-cycle accounting
• Comfortable preparing files for tax season and supporting the final CPA review
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Pearl
